On Saturday, February 4^th, 2012, the Slovenian Arts Program will present in observance of France Prešeren Day, a day of culture at the West Allis Public Library at 2:00 p.m.  This year’s program will feature life and works of two Slovenian poets, Simon Gregorčič and Srečko Kosovel.  Isabelle Kralj of Theatre Gigante, will speak about the cultural life in Ljubljana, sharing information on the Cankar Hall in Ljubljana, and introducing us to the poet, Kosovel.  There will be a short film featuring some familiar sights of Slovenia: including  Ljubljana, Bled, the Lipizzaner horses, and a visit to a local gostilna.   Sweet treats and socialization will follow this free event provided by the Slovenian Arts Program.  Vsi ste vabljani.   Na svidenje do cetrtega februarja!
